Individual Art Therapy
50 Minutes
Art therapy provides a creative, nonjudgmental space to explore your emotions and experiences through artistic expression. Whether through painting, drawing, or collage, art becomes a tool for reflection, self-discovery, and healing. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to engage in the process. Our sessions are tailored to your unique needs, helping you express what words cannot and connect more deeply with yourself.
-
Parent/Caregiver Support
45 minutes
Supporting a preteen or teen through challenges like eating disorders, anxiety, or depression can feel overwhelming—but you don't have to do it alone. We offer compassionate coaching and guidance tailored for parents and caregivers. Using evidence-based approaches, we help you strengthen your connection with your child, respond to their needs with confidence, and navigate difficult emotions together.
Areas of Specialization
-
Eating Disorders
Eating disorders are complex, impacting individuals and their loved ones in profound ways. We bring compassion, expertise, and hope to every step of the recovery journey, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Feminist Theory, and self-compassion practices.
We believe that meaningful recovery is possible—and that it can empower individuals, strengthen family systems, and inspire healing beyond the self.
For Children and Adolescents:
We use Family-Based Treatment (FBT) and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), engaging the entire family as essential partners in recovery. Our experience spans all levels of care, including inpatient, residential, PHP, and outpatient. -
Trauma
Healing from trauma is a courageous journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Drawing from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), we create a safe space for you to process and heal from past experiences, allowing you to move forward with resilience and strength.
-
Adolescent Issues
Adolescence is a time of growth, change, and often, uncertainty. We provide a supportive space for teens to explore their emotions, build confidence, and navigate challenges such as identity, peer relationships, and academic pressures. Incorporating art therapy offers adolescents a creative outlet to express themselves beyond words.
We also offer parental/caregiver support and coaching with Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) techniques, helping families strengthen communication and foster understanding during this pivotal stage of development.
-
Relational Concerns
We draw upon evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide support and tools to enhance your communication skills, empathy, and conflict resolution abilities, helping you build and maintain positive connections with those around you.
-
Anxiety
Anxiety can feel overwhelming, but healing is possible. Our approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and self-compassion practices to help clients build coping skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and foster resilience. Whether facing generalized anxiety, OCD, or social anxiety, we offer personalized support to help clients find calm and confidence in their daily lives.
-
Depression
Depression can make even the simplest tasks feel insurmountable. We provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their experiences and emotions. Utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and self-compassion approaches, we help clients develop healthier thought patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and reconnect with joy and meaning in their lives.
