    Individual Psychotherapy

    Individual Art Therapy

    50 Minutes

    Art therapy provides a creative, nonjudgmental space to explore your emotions and experiences through artistic expression. Whether through painting, drawing, or collage, art becomes a tool for reflection, self-discovery, and healing. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to engage in the process. Our sessions are tailored to your unique needs, helping you express what words cannot and connect more deeply with yourself.

    Parent/Caregiver Support

    45 minutes

    Supporting a preteen or teen through challenges like eating disorders, anxiety, or depression can feel overwhelming—but you don't have to do it alone. We offer compassionate coaching and guidance tailored for parents and caregivers. Using evidence-based approaches, we help you strengthen your connection with your child, respond to their needs with confidence, and navigate difficult emotions together.

    Eating Disorders

    Eating disorders are complex, impacting individuals and their loved ones in profound ways. We bring compassion, expertise, and hope to every step of the recovery journey, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Feminist Theory, and self-compassion practices.

    We believe that meaningful recovery is possible—and that it can empower individuals, strengthen family systems, and inspire healing beyond the self.

    For Children and Adolescents:
    We use Family-Based Treatment (FBT) and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), engaging the entire family as essential partners in recovery. Our experience spans all levels of care, including inpatient, residential, PHP, and outpatient.

    Adolescent Issues

    We also offer parental/caregiver support and coaching with Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) techniques, helping families strengthen communication and foster understanding during this pivotal stage of development.
